Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive services from Muskoka Rock Liners, a division of Muskoka Detail in Huntsville, Ontario. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

Prices shown online are retail estimates. The final price is confirmed when we inspect your truck at drop-off. Add-on and adjacent jobs (trailers, Jeeps, boat decks, and similar) are quoted per piece.

Deposits and payment

• A deposit reserves your appointment slot and is credited toward your total.
• The balance is due when you pick up the truck.
• We accept online card payment, e-transfer, and cash on arrival.
• Launch discounts (pay in full or leave a deposit) apply as shown at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Need to reschedule or cancel? Contact us as early as you can and we will work with you. Deposits are refundable up to the point that materials and shop time have been committed to your job.

Workmanship warranty

We stand behind our work. If a liner fails due to our workmanship, peels, or delaminates, we will make it right. We photograph the bed before we start so its condition is on record. The warranty covers our application, not damage from abuse, accidents, or normal cosmetic UV fading on standard (non-UV) finishes.

Your truck

Please clear the bed and remove loose gear before drop-off. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
