Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or receive services from Muskoka Rock Liners, a division of Muskoka Detail in Huntsville, Ontario. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and quotes

Prices shown online are retail estimates. The final price is confirmed when we inspect your truck at drop-off. Add-on and adjacent jobs (trailers, Jeeps, boat decks, and similar) are quoted per piece.

Deposits and payment

• A deposit reserves your appointment slot and is credited toward your total.
• The balance is due when you pick up the truck.
• We accept online card payment, e-transfer, and cash on arrival.
• Prices are as shown at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Need to reschedule or cancel? Cancel 48 hours or more before your drop-off time and we refund everything you paid. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept, because your bay time and material are already set aside. Rescheduling is free any time we have an open date.

Workmanship warranty

Lifetime warranty. If the liner ever peels, cracks or delaminates from our workmanship or the material, we repair it free for as long as you own the truck. Damage from impact, cutting, chemicals or modification is not covered. We photograph the bed before we start so its condition is on record. The warranty covers our application, not damage from abuse, accidents, or normal cosmetic UV fading on standard (non-UV) finishes.

Your truck

Please clear the bed and remove loose gear before drop-off. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
