Bring the truck to 215 Main Street West in Huntsville on your booked morning with the bed empty. We check the bed with you, take photos, and start prep. Standard and UV beds are ready the same day. Colour beds take three days. You pick up, pay any balance, and drive away.
Before you come in
- Empty the bed. Take out everything, including loose mats, toolboxes that lift out, and anything rattling around in the corners.
- Remove what you want to keep. If you have aftermarket tie-downs or racks you want reinstalled, tell us when you book.
- Tonneau covers. If you can remove it at home, do. If not, mention it when you book so we can plan for it.
- Do not worry about washing it. We clean and prep the bed ourselves.
If you have not booked yet, you can pick your bed size and finish and choose a date on our Reserve page. Leave a 25% deposit to hold the date, or pay in full or at drop-off.
The morning drop-off
We are at 215 Main Street West, Bay Door B7, in Huntsville. Drop-off is by appointment, in the morning. We do not offer mobile spraying or truck pickup; the work needs our spray bay, so the truck has to come to us.
When you arrive we walk around the bed with you. We look at scratches, dents and any rust, and we photograph the bed before any work starts. That record protects both of us. If something needs repair before it can be lined, we tell you then and there.
Plan your ride. Most people arrange for someone to follow them in, or get dropped back at work for the day. If you are coming from farther out, like Dorset, Bala or MacTier, it can make sense to pair the drop-off with errands in town.
What we do while you are gone
Hardware comes out. The bed is sanded, cleaned, masked and primed. Then the polyurea is sprayed hot at high pressure, 2.5 mm on the floor and tailgate and about 2 mm on the walls. UV beds get their topcoat the same day. Our post on how a spray-in liner is applied walks through each step.
Pickup
We call when it is ready. When you come back, we pull the truck out, show you the bed, and go over care. Any balance is due at pickup; we take credit card, e-transfer and cash.
The liner sets within seconds of spraying, so you can drive home right away. Light use is fine the same day. Hold off on heavy loads for 24 hours.
Colour beds take three days
If you picked a colour finish, plan on three days instead of one. The liner goes on day one, the tinted topcoat on day two, and the truck goes home on day three.

Can I wait at the shop?
Not for a full bed. The job takes most of the day, and the spray bay is closed to visitors while we work.
