Every liner is sprayed at our shop at 215 Main Street West, Bay Door B7, in Huntsville. You drop the truck off on your booked morning and, for standard and UV beds, pick it up the same day. Colour beds take three days. We do not offer mobile spraying or truck pickup, because the work needs our heated spray bay.

Why there is no mobile service
A spray-in liner is not something that can be done well in a driveway. Polyurea is sprayed hot at high pressure with a plural-component rig, and it needs a controlled temperature and a dry surface to bond properly. The sprayer also needs supplied air and a ventilated space. All of that lives in the shop. A liner sprayed in the cold or the damp is the kind that peels later, so we only spray in our bay.
We also do not pick trucks up or deliver them. You bring the truck to us and collect it when it is done.
Keeping everything in one place is also how we keep same-day turnaround realistic. The truck goes straight from drop-off to prep to the spray bay without being moved around town, and you deal with the same people at both ends of the day.
How the day works
- Book. Choose your bed size, finish and date on the Reserve page. Leave a 25% deposit to hold your date, or pay in full or at drop-off.
- Drop off in the morning. Empty the bed. We walk around it with you and photograph it before we start.
- We prep and spray. Sand, clean, mask, prime, then spray the polyurea. UV topcoats go on the same day.
- We call you. Standard and UV beds are ready later the same day.
- Pick up. We show you the bed, go over care, and you pay any balance by credit card, e-transfer or cash.

Getting there and getting home
Since the truck stays with us for the day, plan a ride. Most people have someone follow them in, or get dropped at work in town. If you need a different drop-off arrangement, call (705) 783-8458 and ask; we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
What to bring and what to leave
- Bring the truck with an empty bed. No need to wash it.
- Remove a tonneau cover at home if you can, or tell us when you book.
- Tell us about any racks, tie-downs or tool boxes you want reinstalled.
